HD expand commercial property team

We are bucking the national property sector downturn and expanding following the appointment of a new specialist solicitor.

Owen McKenna has joined us an as associate solicitor to advise clients on property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, asset management and secured lending.

He joins us from Manchester law firm DWF where he was a senior solicitor in the real estate department. Prior to that Owen was at Brabners Chaffe Street, where he first worked with our managing partner, John Chesworth.

Owen, who qualified as a solicitor in 2004, is the second solicitor to join our commercial property team in recent months, following the appointment of Hesham Sabry.

John has worked with Owen before and knows the high quality service he offers clients. We are sure Owen will be asset to the firm and our clients.
