Our commercial litigation department is recruiting

Share

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious assistant solicitor to join our growing commercial litigation team.

We are looking for a candidate with 3-6 years PQE who has a broad and extensive background in commercial litigation but with particular focus on contentious corporate/company disputes, partnerships, shareholder/derivative actions, and minority shareholder disputes.

The successful candidate will be technically excellent with a strong academic profile and have the ability to handle a busy and varied case load of complex and high value claims for our existing client base.

Equally importantly, they will be commercially aware and have the necessary business and interpersonal skills to be able to play an active role in the expansion of the department, both locally and across the wider Lancashire and Cumbria region.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the region’s fastest growing law firms, and contribute to a forward-thinking culture that’s geared towards making it possible for our clients.

Salary in the region of £30,000-£40,000.

Send CVs and covering letters to Laura.Fogg@harrison-drury.com

Closing date for commercial litigation applications is December 3. No recruitment agencies.

Harrison Drury specialise in a number of different areas of law and have a team of solicitors in Lancaster, Preston, Garstang and, most recently, Kendal. Our team are always available to provide legal advice and will help guide you through complex law procedures.
