Professional Background:

Clare specialises in a range of commercial property matters including property acquisitions and sales such as development sites and existing commercial and mixed use estates, commercial lending, commercial landlord and tenant including deeds of variation, option agreements and the grant and release of easements.

Clare is renowned for fully investigating an issue to then propose a resolution to allow the transaction to proceed.  Clare also enjoys working in a team in collaboration with her client and their respective professional advisers to achieve the desired outcome.

Clare graduated from Oxford Brookes University with LLB Honours in Law and then completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.  Clare qualified as a solicitor in 2003.  Clare then gained her dual qualification in Scots law in 2015 but currently is non-practising in Scots law.

Personal Interests:

Clare enjoys spending time with family and friends.  Clare attempts to stay fit by learning to play tennis, but she much prefers good food and great company.
