Commercial PropertyOn completion of his A-Levels at Clitheroe Grammar School Sixth Form in 2018, Kristian secured a job as an administrator with Harrison Drury to gain experience working within a legal environment. He subsequently secured a Solicitor Apprenticeship where he has gained invaluable experience working in the Insolvency & Debt Recovery, Contentious Probate and Licensing departments prior to his current role in the Commercial Property Department.
Kristian recently graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law and is currently studying towards the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE), with qualification expected in 2027
In his current role, Kristian assists with a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, and property refinance work. He is involved in preparing and reviewing legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.
Prior to joining the legal profession, Kristian gained valuable client-facing and commercial experience through various roles within the hospitality sector.
Outside of work you can find me…
Kristian enjoys keeping fit and regularly attends the gym. He also enjoys bike riding and athletics.
He also enjoy socialising with friends and attending quiz nights.
