Investing in our people as we celebrate ten promotions

Simon England Thursday 8 October 2026

We are delighted to be celebrating our people and their progression, with ten new promotions across the firm.

These promotions span across commercial property, residential conveyancing, employment, and regulatory, compliance and licensing teams, as well as our internal risk and compliance team and our marketing and business development team.

Rhian Hawkins and Sam Jones become legal directors in our commercial property team, while Samantha Faud takes on the same position in regulatory, compliance and licensing. Risk and compliance manager, Fiona Mitchell, also becomes a legal director.

Tracey McCambridge becomes head of our residential property team, which supports individuals and families buying and selling homes, and navigating property transactions as their circumstances change.

Three further promotions also recognise experience within our residential property team. Amy Leslie becomes senior associate solicitor, Kelly Becconsall becomes associate solicitor, and Jackie Donnelly becomes associate chartered legal executive.

Lauren Wood is promoted to associate solicitor in our employment team, supporting the firm’s work advising clients on workplace matters.

Bethany Potts is promoted to senior business development and marketing executive, supporting client engagement, brand awareness, and strategic growth activity across the business.

Simon England, managing partner, said: “Across the firm, our people work tirelessly to support their clients and colleagues. These promotions recognise the contribution of nine colleagues, and I want to congratulate each of them on this next step in their career.

“With progression comes the opportunity to make a wider contribution, whether that means leading a team, helping colleagues develop or shaping how we serve clients. I look forward to seeing the continued contribution they will make.”

These promotions demonstrate our ongoing commitment to investing in our people and supporting career development across the firm. We believe that nurturing talent, creating opportunities for progression and recognising achievements are fundamental to maintaining the supportive culture that makes Harrison Drury a great place to work.
