Commercial PropertyAAlasdair is a Senior Associate, advising on a broad range of commercial property matters for landlords, tenants, investors, developers and corporate occupiers. His experience includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, estate and asset management work, corporate support and development projects.
Alasdair acts for a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large national and international businesses, including institutional landlords, pension funds, retailers, developers, schools, hotels and high street banks. He has particular experience in the logistics, industrial and office sectors, alongside advising retail occupiers on their property requirements. His work regularly involves the negotiation of leases, lease renewals, licences and other asset management transactions, as well as supporting investment and development projects.
Having qualified in 2017, Alasdair previously worked at DWF LLP, Addleshaw Goddard LLP and Shoosmiths LLP, acting for a wide range of institutional investors, developers and occupiers. He adopts a commercial and pragmatic approach to transactions, focusing on delivering clear advice and finding practical solutions that help clients achieve their wider business objectives.

Outside of work, Alasdair enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking and keeping active, as well as planning his next holiday and tackling the never-ending list of jobs in the garden.
He can often be found running after an energetic Labrador called Jasper and, when time permits, catching up with friends over a good beer.
