Commercial PropertyAmanda joined Harrison Drury in 2014 and was promoted to Partner in January 2016. Amanda specialises in all aspects of commercial property and deals with a range of matters including property acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, overage, conditional contracts, deeds of easement, secured lending, development formation documents and overage, conditional contracts, deeds of easement, development formation documents, and works with our corporate team in respect of the property elements of asset sales and purchases, and share acquisitions and purchases.
She advises a wide range of clients including companies (national and regional), and individuals, investors, developers, lenders and SIPPs.
As a member of the firm’s Leisure Sector, much of Amanda’s work falls within the hospitality, leisure and tourism sector. She is known for her leading expertise in the sector, advising
business owners in the sale and purchase of hotels and guesthouses, and restaurants and pubs, and has a wealth of experience in acting for lenders and business owners in the refinancing of the industry.
Amanda has a pragmatic, commercially minded approach, focused on a client’s business objectives.
A graduate from the University of Liverpool, Amanda also studied at Chester College of Law before qualifying as a solicitor in 2006.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time in the gym, walks in the Lakes, down time watching movies, and dining out with good food and good wine.
