Commercial PropertyJune qualified as a solicitor in 2013 having qualified a family solicitor. June since qualification has experience in residential conveyancing, wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and for the last 5 years at another firm, has specialised in advising the farming community and clients with agricultural and equestrian interests.
June joined HD in August 2026 to continue specialising in agricultural and rural property within the commercial property department.
Her experience includes dealing with the sale and acquisition of both leasehold and freehold land and property, secured lending, overage agreements, farm business tenancies, succession planning, woodlands, partnership agreements, adverse possession, missing deeds, and general commercial property work including the grant and surrender of easements, SIPP transfers and property finance.
June is an active team member of our Land, Estates & Rural Business Sector in which she organises events involving hot topics within the sector. She also is involved with her local farmers group.
At the outset of any transaction June is keen to get to know her client, their business and undertakes a legal health check on their personal and business affairs. From this she can establish and ensure sge achieves her client’s goals and understands the current and future needs of the business.
Outside of work you can find me…
June loves to read and has an interest in both classic literature, modern romance and crime ‘whodonit’ books both on and off the page…trips to the cinema and theatre and plays and with the odd trip to see where something was filmed.
June also has a need for speed and is on the quiet a bit of a petrol head….speed limits are targets right?
June also enjoys spending quality family time with her husband and son and friends and wider family with good food and drink and music.
