Since qualifying in 2010, she has managed high‑volume caseloads and advised clients on equity release, probate sales and complex transactions involving title reconstruction and unregistered land. Her technical knowledge and calm, methodical approach enable her to guide clients through each stage of the conveyancing process with confidence and clarity.
Rachel is known for her attention to detail, efficient case management and commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service. She focuses on providing clear communication and practical solutions, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their transaction. Her professional, client‑centred approach makes her a trusted adviser across all aspects of conveyancing.
Outside of work you can find me…
Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors and regularly explores new walking routes across the North West. She also keeps active through gym training and likes to unwind with reading.
She values time with family, friends, and her German Shepherd, Mysti, and enjoys socialising locally. Outside of work, Rachel loves baking and is known for her cupcakes and homemade Christmas cake.
