Harrison Drury grows private client offering in Southport with partner appointment
Harrison Drury has appointed Faye Lowery as a partner to lead its wills, trusts and probate service in Southport.
Her appointment marks the first time our Southport office has offered dedicated wills, trusts and probate services, further strengthening our legal offering in the area following our merger with specialist practice Spence Family Law in 2024.
Faye joins from Breens Solicitors, where she was head of the private client team. At Harrison Drury, she will advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
She is a member of Lifetime Lawyers, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Liverpool Law Society’s non-contentious committee.

Adele Spence, partner and head of our Southport office, said: “Faye’s appointment is an important milestone in the continued growth of our Southport office and shows our dedication to building a strong, full-service offering for local people and businesses.
“She is very well-known and respected in the area and brings more than a decade of leadership experience in private client law. With that, she has built a reputation for the quality of her advice, technical expertise and the strong relationships she builds with her clients.
“As we continue to invest in Southport, expanding our wills, trusts and probate offering was a natural next step. Bringing someone of Faye’s calibre into the business strengthens the support we can offer clients and makes her the perfect person to lead the service.”
Faye added: “Harrison Drury has a great reputation as a Legal 500 firm, and what really stood out to me was its people-first culture, emphasis on building lasting client relationships and its work in local communities.
“Throughout my career, my passion has been helping people navigate life’s most important decisions, and the opportunity to lead the firm’s service offering in Southport felt like the perfect way to build on my experience. There is clear ambition from the team here, and I’m excited to work alongside my new colleagues and continue supporting clients across the region with practical, trusted advice.”
