Harrison Drury expands Residential Conveyancing team

Harrison Drury appoints Conveyancer with expertise in complex probate property sales.

Harrison Drury have appointed experienced licensed conveyancer Rachel Samosa to our Southport office, strengthening our support for clients moving home and handling complex property transactions.

Rachel joins from DC Law in Southport, where she spent ten years advising clients on residential sales and purchases. For the past six years, she has specialised in probate property sales, including transactions involving unregistered properties and cases where ownership records need to be reconstructed.

Her wider experience includes advising on shared ownership, staircasing, new-build and retirement properties.

As a member of our residential conveyancing team, Rachel will advise clients across the Southport area on residential property sales and purchases, as well as supporting families dealing with property sales arising from probate.

Rachel qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2010 and is also a member of the Society for Licensed Conveyancers, added: “I’ve spent ten years working in Southport, so being able to build on that experience and continue supporting clients here means a great deal to me.
