Zara Naveed-Khan

Insolvency & RestructuringZara studied law at the University Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in Preston and graduated in 2019 with a first-class Master of Law degree (MLAW).
After completing her studies, Zara worked for an Insolvency firm in Preston during which time she gained experience of Creditors Voluntary Liquidations and Administrations from their inception up until the point of closure. In 2023 Zara passed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) exam.
Zara joined the firm as a paralegal in 2024 the Insolvency and Restructuring Department and commenced her training contract in 2025. She progressed through her training contract before qualifying into the Insolvency team.
Zara is involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters covering a range of areas such as bankruptcies, liquidations, administrations, director disqualifications and re-use of a company name.
Zara works with insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, companies and individuals, providing clear and practical support throughout the insolvency process.
Outside of work you can find me…
Zara enjoys hosting and attending board game evenings with friends and family. She is also a keen supporter of Manchester Storm and regularly attends ice hockey games at the Storm Shelter.
Alongside this Zara enjoys reading books, especially fantasy and binging TV series!
