CorporateAndrew joined Harrison Drury in November 2025 as a partner in the Corporate team. Based primarily at the firm’s Preston office, he brings more than three decades of experience to the team, having held senior roles at law firms including TLT, DAC Beachcroft, Simmons and Simmons and Napthens.
He advises SMEs, tech companies and owner-managers on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and investment structures. Andrew has acted for businesses across a broad range of sectors and has particular expertise in the technology and energy sectors.
Andrew’s experience also includes several years working in Tokyo, where he became fluent in Japanese and gained valuable insight into international inbound investment. He later served as foreign general counsel to Accenture Japan, further strengthening his international corporate experience.
Outside of work you can find me…
Andrew enjoys walking with his family and black labrador (Jet) around Holcombe Hill, and also watching a good local football game.
