Land & Property Dispute ResolutionGrant qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024 and joined Harrison Drury in July 2024.
Grant has developed experience of commercial and residential property litigation matters for both landlords and tenants. Grant has experience in advising on rent arrears recovery, gaining possession, dilapidations, boundary disputes and freehold management company disputes.
In addition, Grant has experience of County Court and High Court applications, in addition to Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation.
Outside of work you can find me…
Grant is an avid collector of vinyl and enjoys attending live music concerts when possible. Grant is a family man and spends a lot of at the weekend with his two children.
Grant is also a Manchester United fan!
