Sophie Holt-Rogers

CorporateSophie completed her LPC MSc with the University of Law in 2022, achieving a Distinction, having previously obtained a First Class Law degree from the University of York in 2021.
Sophie joined Harrison Drury in December 2022 as a paralegal before commencing her training contract in September 2024. She trained within the firm and qualified into the Corporate team, where she assists on a wide range of corporate transactions.
Sophie assists with advising management teams, institutional investors, shareholders and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters, supporting clients throughout all stages of a transaction.
Outside of work you can find me…
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys keeping active in the gym and on the padel court. She also enjoys spending time with her family and travelling whenever she can.
