Hayley advises on a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on clients in the SME sector and owner managed businesses.
Her work includes transactional work, such as company sales and purchases, and asset sales and purchases. She also advises on group reorganisations and restructures, drafting and advising on articles of association, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements, and share option schemes and agreements.
Hayley also provides advice to clients in the charity sector, which includes drafting and advising on their constitutional documentation and charity mergers.
Outside of work you can find me…
Hayley enjoys spending as much of her spare time as she can with her family and friends.
Holidays are usually high on the agenda. She also enjoys skiing, going to the gym and walks with the family dog, Gordon.
