CorporateBen is a Legal Director in our Corporate team, with over a decade of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments and shareholder matters.
He takes a personable and collaborative approach, having grown a strong network and twice being shortlisted in the emerging dealmaker category at the Insider awards in the North East, where he spent over 10 years at a full service firm.
Ben has a strong track record of delivering on significant and complex transactions, alongside building lasting relationships of trust and reliability with his clients and professional contacts.
Outside of work you can find me…
Ben is a keen sportsman, spending much of his free time running, playing football or on the tennis court. He is a big fan of the outdoors, regularly hiking up and down hills with his partner and energetic Vizsla.
