Jennifer joined Harrison Drury in February 2025 as a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. Jennifer advises SME’s, start-ups, management teams and institutional investors on acquisitions, disposals, private equity and venture capital investments across various sectors.

Jennifer also advises clients on general corporate governance matters including preparing shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.

Jennifer prides herself on being proactive, understanding clients’ needs and working collaboratively on transactions to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Outside of work you can find me…

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending her time with her husband and two young children, walking the family dog, Charlie, and keeping active at the gym.
