Harrison Drury appoints legal director to Preston corporate team
Harrison Drury has grown its corporate team with the appointment of Victoria Bromiley as legal director.
Victoria, who joins from Napthens, will be based at our Preston office and will work closely with business owners and management teams to advise them on mergers, acquisitions, business sales and other transactional activity.
Victoria, who has been practising as a corporate lawyer since 2005, has gained deep experience of leading transactions involving businesses in sectors including leisure, healthcare, automotive and retail.
In addition to her work with business owners and individual shareholders, she also advises investors, funders, private equity organisations and other institutions on a wide range of M&A-related activity.
Her appointment takes our North West corporate team to 20 members, which includes four in Preston. The team supported clients on 64 deals with a combined deal value of over £400 million in the last financial year.
