CorporateVictoria acts for clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, restructuring/demergers, general constitutional and shareholder arrangements and LLP members’ arrangements.
She has particular experience in advising private limited companies, owner managed businesses and individual shareholders together with recent experience of acting for plc clients on acquisitions.
Victoria’s experience also includes providing strategic advice to employee ownership trusts (EOTs) as well as acting for individual shareholders selling to EOTs.
Victoria has acted for a wide range of business but has particular experience in acting in the retail sector, the leisure sector (including hotels and brewers) the motor sector and for pharmacies and healthcare providers.
Outside of work you can find me…
Victoria has a keen interest in vary of sports and has been a season ticket holder at Bolton Wanderers. She spends most of her weekends standing on the touchline in all weathers watching her daughter play football.
