Rick is a partner in our Corporate team specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He regularly advises management teams, institutional investors, shareholders and individuals on transactions and is highly experienced at successfully guiding clients through the legal aspects of transactions in a user-friendly and proactive manner.

Rick has significant experience in the consumer and retail goods sector having previously been the Head of Legal at an international fashion brand and having advised on a number of transactions in this space. Rick also has considerable experience of advising corporate clients and individuals in the healthcare sector, with particular experience in pharmacy.

Outside of work you can find me…

Rick enjoys playing golf and supporting Manchester United despite their latest trials and tribulations!
