Commercial PropertyHannah co-leads Harrison Drury’s Commercial Property team and deals with many aspects of commercial and agricultural property acting for a wide range of clients.
At the outset of any transaction Hannah is keen to get to know her client, their business and more about the sector they operate in. By doing so she is able to provide tailored advice with her client’s goals and business at the forefront. This approach has enabled Hannah to advise and retain a range of clients including landowners, tenant farmers, investors (small scale and large scale), financial institutions, educational institutions, healthcare providers, developers, breweries, tied pub tenants and independent restaurants.
Hannah deals with a variety of works including the sale and acquisition of both vacant and multi-let commercial, HMO, development and agricultural properties, advising on landlord and tenant matters from a singular unit to working for Landlords across their UK portfolios, acting for lenders in property finance and refinance and working alongside the Corporate team providing commercial property support for share sales and acquisitions.
Hannah is an active team member of our Land, Estates & Rural Business Sector and our Leisure Team.
Outside of work you can find me…
Away from work, Hannah has two young daughters and is a keen walker, beer taster and cake sampler with her husband and friends.
