Faye is a Partner in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team, based in Southport. She is an experienced solicitor who advises individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of private client matters.

She specialises in wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. Faye works closely with her clients to ensure their personal and financial affairs are structured effectively, helping them plan for the future and protect wealth for the next generation. She is known for providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

Faye regularly advises on complex estate administration and succession planning, acting for high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. She takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients and their professional advisers, ensuring a coordinated and thoughtful approach to personal and financial planning.

Faye joined Harrison Drury Solicitors in May 2026. She is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly). Faye is also a committee member of Liverpool Law Society.
