Apprentice Solicitor
Insolvency & RestructuringPriya joined Harrison Drury in September 2024 as an apprentice solicitor. Alongside her work, she is studying the SQE at BPP University. Priya completed her Masters in Law (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science where she developed a keen interest in corporate law. Her master’s thesis focused on securities regulation and whether reforming the prospectus regime, as advised in the UK Listings Review 2021, will help revive the UK capital markets. Before joining Harrison Drury, Priya worked as an in-house paralegal for a financial firm.
Outside of work you can find me…
Priya is a dancer who performs Indian classical dance and Bollywood dance. She enjoys doing choreography and has performed on various stages throughout England. She is also an avid reader who particularly likes crime and thriller novels.
