Claire Smith and Duncan Rawlinson
Duncan Rawlinson, partner and head of the residential conveyancing team, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Claire to our team here in Garstang as she brings valuable expertise and a real commitment to standards in everything she does.
“Having worked in the area, Claire already has a good understanding of the local property market, and her experience with new build developments and auction sales will be a great boost to the service we offer our clients.”
Claire, who is a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, added: “I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Harrison Drury for a number of years while employed at a local firm in Garstang.
“During that time, I built a great professional relationship with several members of the conveyancing team. Joining the firm feels like a natural move, and I’m looking forward to continuing to deliver an excellent service to clients.”
