Harrison Drury has appointed Nicole Chadwick as legal director in its wills, trusts and probate team in Manchester, a move that will further expand the firm’s service offering in the region.

Nicole joins from Knights, where she worked as a senior associate, and previously spent eight years at DWF, progressing from trainee solicitor to associate.

She will spearhead Harrison Drury’s wills, trusts and probate offering in Manchester and focus on supporting business owners looking to sell their businesses, often with cross-border elements and foreign assets.

Working closely with the firm’s corporate team, Nicole will advise on pre-exit planning and the effective structuring of family wealth to ensure a smooth transition and long-term protection.

She also has experience advising high-net-worth individuals on complex inheritance tax matters, wealth preservation, and succession planning. This includes the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, trusts and administering estates.
