Divorce & Family LawOlivia graduated from Lancaster University with a First-Class LLB Law degree before completing her Legal Practice Course alongside a Master of Laws at the University of Law, achieving a distinction. She joined the firm as a paralegal and progressed through her training contract before qualifying as a solicitor in our Family team.
Olivia advises on a wide range of family law matters including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, settlements and negotiations, and arrangements for children following separation. She is passionate about supporting clients during what can often be a difficult and emotional time and she works hard to make the law approachable while focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
Outside of work you can find me
Outside of work, Olivia is often challenging herself on the bike as an avid road cyclist or walking her greyhound in the Lake District. She also has a passion for music, travel and scuba diving.
