Divorce & Family LawChris advises individuals on all aspects of family law arising from the breakdown of a relationship, including divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial arrangements and matters involving children.
He has extensive experience advising on complex financial cases, including those involving inherited wealth, pre-marital assets, business interests, trusts, overseas assets and pensions. Chris also regularly assists clients in a wide range of children disputes, as well as advising unmarried couples on separation and cohabitation matters.
Chris is well placed to advise on relationship agreements, including pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements, helping clients protect and manage their personal and family wealth.
Taking a personal and pragmatic approach, Chris works closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide clear, tailored advice. He is committed to delivering an excellent level of service, guiding clients through sensitive and often challenging situations with empathy, respect and clarity.
Outside of work you can find me…
Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching a variety of sports, runs and walks with the family dog, Riley, usually stopping for a well deserved drink. He has a large collection of old American comic books and also loves to cook – especially Sunday roasts.
