Chloe is an experienced HR professional with 7–8 years’ experience across Human Resources, specialising in Learning and Development, alongside broad generalist HR knowledge and expertise. Having worked as a People & Development Manager for the past 18 months, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of the full employee lifecycle, strategic HR practices and the wider people agenda.

Known for her strong knowledge of employment law, commitment to effective leadership development and ability to translate business objectives into practical people solutions. Chloe brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to HR, with a passion for developing people, strengthening leadership capability and supporting organisations to create positive, high-performing working environments.
