ConstructionAdam is an experienced construction and engineering lawyer and advises clients across a variety of sectors, which include town centre regeneration, residential, hotel, retail, leisure and property development, sports stadia and educational facilities, transport and utility infrastructure, renewable energy and logistic parks.
Adam can advise on your project whether you are the client, the funder, the end-user, the contractor, professional consultant or sub-contractor.
Most recently Adam has been advising on several high profile town centre regeneration projects in the North West as well advising on the design and construction of a new hotel at Manchester Airport.
Outside of work you can find me…
In the words of Adam’s eldest son, he is obsessed with coffee, football and beer. Although his son failed to also mention golf or food – three out of five is not bad for a six year old, we suppose.
