Harrison Drury makes five promotions

Share

Harrison Drury has made five more promotions as part of its career progression and growth strategy.

Solicitors Becci Haffner and Janka Ballo have both been promoted to the position of associate solicitor.

Senior associate solicitor Rebecca Patience and associate solicitor Rebecca Hardee have both been given ‘branch’ leadership positions, becoming head of the Lancaster and Lytham offices respectively.

Meanwhile, senior associate solicitor Victoria Hill has been made deputy branch lead for the Clitheroe office. It is the firm’s second set of promotions this year following the 10 promotions it made in April.

John Chesworth, executive chairman at Harrison Drury, said: “The 15 promotions we have made this year show how committed we are to giving people opportunities to grow and progress their careers, something that is vital for our firm’s future.

“Again, it’s really nice to see the individual stories of growth. Becci started in our executive support team, secured a training contract, qualified and has now become an associate.

“Rebecca Patience has also worked her way up from being a trainee and is now leading our Lancaster office. Janka, Victoria and Rebecca Hardee have all thrived and moved into more senior positions since joining us too.

“All these promotions are incredibly well deserved and are testament to strong culture we’ve instilled for supporting our colleagues and recognising outstanding client service.”

Victoria and Becci are both part of Harrison Drury’s private client team, assisting clients with advice on a wide range of wealth and inheritance matters, including wills, powers of attorney, estate administration and trusts.

Rebecca Hardee and Janka work in the firm’s residential conveyancing team, advising on property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, freehold, leasehold and shared ownership matters.

Rebecca Patience is a senior associate solicitor in the family law team, helping families solve problems encountered following the breakdown of a relationship, including advising on divorce proceedings, matrimonial finances and making arrangements for children following separation.
