Welcoming Elisabeth as a partner in our Manchester commercial property team

Harrison Drury’s commercial property team in Manchester has been further strengthened with the appointment of Elisabeth Williams, who joins as a partner.

Elisabeth has a strong background in property development, having spent much of her career working in-house for a range of leading organisations, including strategic land promoter Gladman and affordable housing provider Mulbury. Prior to this, she worked in commercial property roles for several law firms in the North West.

She is also experienced in retail-focused landlord and tenant work, having acted for numerous high street retailers on lease negotiations, agreements for lease and property refinance transactions.

Our commercial property team is one of the largest in the North West, comprised of 42 team members and Elisabeth’s appointment strengthens our capabilities across the development and retail sectors.

She will support clients with all aspects of property development and commercial real estate, including complex land promotion agreements, overages, bespoke refinance packages, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, estate management, and asset finance.
