We have an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future growth of one of the North West’s most dynamic and forward thinking law firms.

Job description:

With the growth of Harrison Drury a position has become available for a hard-working and self-motivated Operations Manager to help devise and lead the implementation of the firm’s strategies in the following areas:-

  • The development and progression of our people
  • Maintaining our existing client relationships and creating new ones
  • Managing the firm’s premises and facilities

The successful applicant will manage the budgets set for the areas referred to above, but will not be responsible for the overall financial management of the firm, and professional regulatory matters which will be handled by our existing finance and compliance teams.

Skills and qualities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • A track record successfully implementing organisational change
  • Experience in HR management, and also  managing a business development strategy
  • Good IT skills
  •  Pro-active problem solver

Salary:

From £25,000 – £35,000 dependent upon experience
