Harrison Drury has appointed Holly Clayton-Smith as its latest trainee and also confirmed a new trainee position for 2014.
Holly joins the firm from London-based commercial firm Rosling King LLP where she was a paralegal working with the professional negligence and property litigation teams.
At Harrison Drury, Holly will initially work with the commercial property team before gaining experience of other departments throughout her two-year training contract.
John Chesworth, managing partner at Harrison Drury, said: “We have developed a very successful training scheme in recent years and many of our former trainees are now playing a leading role in advising our clients.
“Holly Clayton-Smith is a talented individual who I’m sure will be a real asset to the firm. We already have another trainee confirmed to start with us in September 2014 as we continue to plan for the future.”
A former Bradford Girls’ Grammar School student, Holly gained her undergraduate degree in law at the University of Liverpool and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Manchester.
Holly will join the team at Harrison Drury solicitors in Preston and be on hand to give advice to clients whenever possible. Harrison Drury also have lawyers in Garstang, Lancaster and Kendal, with people always available to provide legal advice and help guide clients through complex law procedures.
I am a mature law student at Preston and it is nice to see a local company dedicated to helping new people into the profession. Good luck Holly!
