Professional Background:
Nicola joined Harrison Drury in May 2015 after working at Forbes Solicitors for 10 years. Nicola advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties and estates, secured finance, Landlord & Tenants matters, as well as corporate support work. Nicola also has experience of dealing with disposal and acquisition of agricultural land and buildings, entering into and determination of agricultural tenancies, the grant and surrender of easements, and development agreements, including clawback and option agreements and statutory agreements. Nicola also advises on residential property transactions with associated land.
Nicola acts for a wide range of clients including companies, individuals, land estates, investors, developers, financial institutions, charitable organisations and trusts, and registered social landlords.
Nicola graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with LLB Honours in Law and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2010.
Personal Interests:
Nicola enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping fit, walks in the countryside at the weekends and also has a keen interest in cooking and travelling.
