Nicola joined Harrison Drury in May 2015 after working at Forbes Solicitors for 10 years. Nicola advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of commercial estates, secured finance, Landlord & Tenants matters, as well as corporate support work. Nicola also has experience of dealing with residential property transactions, adverse possession claims and deeds of trust.
Nicola acts for a wide range of clients including companies, high net worth individuals, retailers, manufacturers, investors, developers, financial institutions and charitable organisations and trusts, including registered social landlords.
Nicola graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with LLB Honours in Law and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2010.
Nicola enjoys keeping fit, walks in the countryside at the weekends and has recently joined a running club with a view to complete the next Manchester 10K. Nicola enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and has a keen interest in cooking and travelling.
