Senior appointment strengthens Harrison Drury’s corporate team in Manchester

Harrison Drury has expanded its corporate team in Manchester with the appointment of senior associate solicitor Wendy Catterall.

Wendy, who joins from Knights, will advise clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance matters.

She has significant experience acting on behalf of buyers, sellers, management teams and private equity funds.

Mark Traynor, partner and head of the corporate team at Harrison Drury, said: “As we continue to grow our team in Manchester, it’s important that we strengthen our service offering across core specialist areas.

Wendy, who has worked in the Manchester corporate finance community for last six years, adds: “Harrison Drury is known for the quality of its corporate offering and its proactive approach to developing its team.

We recently announced a series of senior appointments in Manchester allowing it to double its office space at the Tootal Buildings on Oxford Road, following the launch in January.
