Lois Parker

Professional Background:

Lois joined Harrison Drury in 2023, having carried out her training contract and first two years post-qualification at a specialised commercial property law firm in London. Lois studied Law with Business Studies at the University of Birmingham, graduating in 2017, and then went on to gain a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP, Leeds.

Lois has experience acting for banks and lenders in relation to bridging, development and development exit loans secured over development sites, commercial and residential properties. Lois’ experience also includes assisting with landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus on acting for commercial occupiers in the hospitality and leisure sector.

Personal Interests:

In her spare time, Lois enjoys hiking, swimming and cycling, whether in the Lake District or further afield. She also enjoys DIY, having recently renovated her house, or settling down with a good book.
