Jennifer Potts

Professional Background:

Jennifer joined Harrison Drury in January 2024 from Brabners. Prior to this Jennifer was with TLT for seven years.

Jennifer’s experience includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, Landlord and Tenant matters including the negotiation and completion of leases and lease renewals, advising lenders on secured lending transactions over a range of properties including commercial, buy to let portfolios and development finance as well as providing corporate support. Jennifer also has experience in real estate asset management including the setup of residential leasehold sites.

Jennifer acts for a wide range of clients including companies, individuals, investors, developers and financial institutions.

Personal Interests:

Jennifer enjoys hiking, visiting new places/travelling, reading, keeping fit. Jennifer also has a keen interest in music and enjoys discovering new music, going to gigs and other live music events.
