Legal Director
Commercial PropertyLucy advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work and work within the hospitality and leisure sector.
Her experience includes dealing with the sale and acquisition of hotels, B&B’s, youth hostels, and holiday lets, advising on landlord and tenant matters including granting new leases, renewing or assigning existing leases and dealing with secured lending often in respect of large multi-let retail sites. In addition, Lucy works alongside the Corporate team providing commercial property support for share sales and acquisitions.
Lucy’s approach is to get to know her clients and what is important to them. She approaches her work with a pragmatic and commercial approach and is keen to help her client’s achieve their business objectives in a professional and timely manner, always looking for solutions rather than problems.
Lucy was recently awarded the Legal 500 Real Estate Rising Star of the Year 2024 at the Northern Powerhouse Awards.
Outside of work you can find me…
When not at her desk, Lucy enjoys adventuring in the Lake District and keeping up with her very active toddler and even more active cocker spaniel!
