Lisa possesses comprehensive expertise in managing the complete training life cycle, characterised by a deep understanding of organisational training needs, the development of cohesive L&D strategies and the introduction of innovative approaches to deliver tailored solutions.

Lisa’s previous experience at Staffordshire Police, CARE UK, Synergia Coaching and the HM Prison Service, has consistently demonstrated her ability to design and execute training programs.

Personal Interests:

In 2023, Lisa got married and moved to Lancashire to be closer to her family. She now has a 1-year-old Sprocker Spaniel, Ronnie, who loves exploring the coast and countryside on long walks and camping trips in their VW camper van.
