Emma is a Partner in Harrison Drury’s Employment team. She specialises in all aspects of employment law with particular expertise in employment litigation.

Emma provides pragmatic advice and has been a trusted advisor to a number of high profile organisations across a range of sectors including Retail, Sport, Media and Logistics.

Her expertise includes advising on all employee relations matters, TUPE, large scale restructures and industrial relations. Emma is regularly instructed to review and draft contractual and policy documentation and to advise on settlement agreements and on the enforceability of post termination restrictions.

Emma also regularly delivers training and workshops.

Personal Interests:

Outside of work Emma has a passion for travel, tennis and cookery. Weather permitting she can often be found playing tennis at weekend!
