Professional Background:

As a dedicated Residential Property Paralegal, Aamir brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm, having worked in various capacities, including both the Residential and Commercial Property Departments at his previous firm.

Aamir has experience handling a diverse portfolio of residential transactions, touching on areas such as Sales, Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Gift, and Shared Ownership.  Aamir also has experience in the preparation of Management Packs.

Committed to professional development, Aamir has completed his Level 3 CILEX Paralegal Apprenticeship Course, specialising in Land Law and Conveyancing.  He is currently in the process of obtaining his CLC qualifications, also.

Aamir has joined Harrison Drury in July 2023 as part of our expanding plot sales team.

In his spare time, Aamir is a keen walker and also enjoys socialising with friends.
