Lee specialises in both open market schemes (including for overseas sales) and affordable housing schemes for Private Developers and Registered Providers, ranging from small single phased developments with less than 10 units to the largest 1000+ unit multi phased schemes across the UK.
He prides himself on being commercially minded whilst working collaboratively with his clients, buyers solicitors (and agents where applicable) to ensure a smooth conveyancing process throughout, and is well accustomed to delivering volume transactions within strict service level agreement timescales required by my clients.

Outside of work you can find me…

Lee is a keen 5-a-side football player, gym enthusiast and City Centre food connoisseur (by his own admission!).
