Commercial PropertyAidan qualified as a solicitor in 2021 having trained with Salehs LLP where he practised before joining Harrison Drury in March 2026. Aidan has substantial experience of advising a broad spectrum of clients from a variety of sectors in all aspects of commercial property related matters, including sales and acquisitions, all aspects of landlord and tenant work including the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and licence agreements, and corporate borrowing.
Aidan has also obtained significant experience in acting for property developers in various aspects of residential property development work including the acquisition of development land, site set up, planning and utility agreements, development finance, option agreements, conditional sale and purchase agreements and overage matters.
Outside of work you can find me…
Aidan enjoys staying active with a mixture of running, hiking and playing squash. He also enjoys travelling to other countries and spending time with family and friends.
