Josh advises a broad range of clients across a wide variety of sectors, with a specific focus on strategic land and regeneration work.

His experience within strategic land and development work includes advising on promotion agreements and option agreements through to conditional disposal contracts and overage arrangements. Josh also has a wide array of experience in dealing with landlord and tenant and asset management matters, having been client account manager for an international bank in respect of its branch leases and an international vehicle manufacturer in respect of its estate.

In addition, Josh has been involved in various large disposal projects, in some cases involving 100+ properties, co-ordinating the property elements and negotiating the transaction documents, with an emphasis on using legal technology to maximise efficiency.

Outside of work you can find me…

As well as spending time with his family and cocker spaniel, Josh is a keen musician and music fan, playing guitar, piano and saxophone, and loves attending gigs in Manchester and beyond! Josh also enjoys watching and (to a lesser extent) playing football.
