Commercial PropertyLara joined Harrison Drury in June 2021. Lara advises on all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, real estate finance, commercial leases and development matters. She also provides property support on corporate acquisition and disposal transactions.
Lara acts for a range of clients including individuals, companies, developers, investors and lenders.
As part of the firm’s Leisure Team, Lara deals with a range of matters within the hospitality and tourism sector and has experience advising in connection with acquisitions and disposals of pubs, hotels and guesthouses.
Lara graduated from Lancaster University with LLB Honours in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011
Outside of work you can find me…
Lara often spends her weekends camping and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. She also enjoys DIY and home design and usually has an upcycling project, or two, on the go.
