Employment & HRSally has a wide range of experience in employment law including advising on workplace issues from recruitment through to dismissal/termination, enforcement of post-termination restrictions, complex executive exits and employment status issues.
Sally is more focused on the non-contentious aspects of employment law in relation to corporate support work, TUPE-related advice, preparing and negotiating consultancy agreements, settlement agreements, director service agreements, contracts of employment, and data protection compliance.
Outside of work you can find me…
Outside of work, Sally enjoys staying active through the gym and hiking, and is always looking for new adventures through travelling the world and exploring new places. She also has a flair for cocktail making.
