Renewable Energy Lawyers

Renewable energy projects depend on clear legal foundations, practical risk management and decisions that keep long-term value in view.

A land agreement can shape whether a project is deliverable. A planning, grid or funding issue can affect timescales. A lease, option agreement, joint venture or commercial contract can influence risk, control and return over many years. So you need legal advice that is commercial, responsive and focused on helping the project move forward in the right way.

At Harrison Drury, we support landowners, developers, investors, funders and businesses with the legal issues that arise across renewable energy projects. That can include land acquisition and site assembly, option and lease arrangements, property due diligence, planning, construction documents, funding, corporate structures, commercial contracts and dispute resolution.

Our focus on clear, dependable advice runs throughout the firm. Harrison Drury’s commercial property, agriculture and rural affairs, construction, corporate and dispute resolution work is recognised in independent legal directories including Chambers and Partners (UK) and The Legal 500 (UK), giving added reassurance that you are in safe hands.

We make it possible to progress renewable energy projects with clarity, confidence and control, from early site discussions through to delivery, operation and future planning.
