Land & Property Dispute ResolutionAnnie trained with the Michelmores LLP Agriculture team, specialising in a wide range of agricultural disputes, and qualified through the Graduate CILEX route in November 2024.
Before joining HD, Annie undertook a short advisory role with the Country Land and Business Association (CLA), where she focused on agricultural tenancies law and contributed to agricultural policy work, which strengthened her technical expertise within the sector.
Annie joined HD in December 2025, and now works on all types of land and property disputes, with a particular focus on agricultural matters. Her experience includes proprietary estoppel claims, agricultural tenancies (including Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies), land contamination issues, TOLATA disputes, partnership disputes, and a broad range of other property, commercial agricultural, and land‑related matters.
Outside of work you can find me…
In her spare time Annie loved to go on long walks and explore in nature. She also enjoys reading on her kindle, travelling and spending time with her husband and wider family.
