Timothy Grover

Professional Background:

Tim qualified as a solicitor in 2016 specialising in corporate and commercial matters.

He has worked for firms in Manchester, Bolton and Preston, and spent a year working as a legal consultant at a firm in Auckland, New Zealand.

Tim specialises in:

• The buying and selling of businesses;
• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Business structures and business protection;
• Corporate restructures;
• Commercial contracts.

As a keen member of the Leisure Team, Tim has developed a good understanding of businesses in the sector and frequently deals with agreements between large, multi-site landlords and their occupiers.  He also has also acted for hotels, public houses and restaurants on matters including sales, acquisitions, and refinances.

Personal Interests:

Tim is married with a young son and in whatever spare time that affords him, he enjoys keeping fit by road cycling, running and skiing.

As of 2021, Tim is undertaking a Post Graduate Certificate in Organisation Development at the Lancaster University Management School.
